CHANGE & REFUND
• I want to return the product that I purchased. What should I do ?
If you are not satisfied for any reason for the products you received, you can return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the delivery and return the product (s) as long as you do not break the product or its package, you can get a refund. You can send an e-mail to [email protected] within 14 days with your order number and corresponding product code indicating your reason for return, also you can claim your request from the number +90 212 292 11 46. After this stage, Yurtiçi Cargo authority will be directed to the delivery address, you can transmit your package and all the documents in the content (warranty certificate, invoice, packing slip, cargo delivery slip, etc.) with reverse charge from Yurtiçi Cargo. At this point, we kindly ask you to pack the product as strong as possible to prevent any damage. After your product has been delivered to us, if there is not a definite fault due to the reasons such as usage error, the product price will be returned to your bank account according to your preferred form of payment.
If you want you can claim for refund from our shop within 14 days from the delivery date. In this case, you only need to state the product that you want to return via internet purchase with the invoice and dispatch bill, etc. After this stage, the product (s) will be checked by our store and if return conditions are appropriate, refund will be made within 14 days, according to the form of payment.
Products which are not informed within 14 days or deteriorated that could not be able to sold again will not be refunded by archive.com.tr
The products cannot be returned that specially prepared and imported for certain days such as New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day; our customers will accept these conditions and make their purchases.
The returned product will be examined by the service in archive.com.tr and when its determined to be in accordance with all conditions, the return process period will be started within 3 to 7 working days.
Note for corporate purchases: If the invoice for the product you are returning is issued on behalf of the company, you must send your refund with a return invoice without including your company's shipping fee (product unit price + VAT).

• I want to change the products that I purchased. What should I do ?
You are entitled to change within 30 days for the products that you are not satisfied with or any other reason you wish to change. You can send an e-mail to [email protected] or contact us +90 212 292 11 46 via phone and you can get your package with free shipping and you can exchange it with another product.
• Product I received is damaged / defective. What should I do ?
If the product you purchased from archive.com is damaged or defective, you should not take delivery and request to cargo authority to fill an official report. You can send an e-mall to [email protected] or contact us via phone +90 212 292 11 46 and your order will be compensated asap. All shipment expenses will be covered by archive.com.tr
• Received products are not same with my order ? What should I do ?
In this case, you should send an e-mail about the subject to [email protected].com.tr or contact us on +90 212 292 11 46. Our customer service will provide the necessary information about the subject to your side asap.
• What should I do, if the product that I purchased not in your stocks ?
In the unlikely event that a product that is not in stock due to physical accident or technical error appears to be active on shopping pages, our customer service representative will contact you asap and this problem will be completely resolved accordingly to your wishes. In this case, you can place a new order or cancel your order and request a refund. Price will be returned to your bank account asap within your payment preference.
• Can I make changes to the content of the order that I have already paid ?
On archive.com.tr pages, once you confirm your purchase, your bank will make your payment automatically and after the confirmation of your order, your invoice will be deducted. In this case, you can try to cancel your order and place a new one. If you would like to make changes of your order, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] or contact our representative that you can reach to +90 212 292 11 46. If your shipment is not delivered to cargo company yet, the delivery of your order will be stopped immediately. In the event that your order has been delivered to the cargo company, the full refund conditions will apply. Archive.com.tr is authorized to cancel your orders, provided your return the payment. Please do not include any information that may jeopardize your personal / material security, such as your credit card number and password, in any of your written statements !
• How can I purchase furniture from archive.com.tr ?
After this point, our representative will provide you with the support you need to purchase furniture safely from the internet by working all issues required preparation and fast delivery of the products. The cargo conditions cannot be valid for large and sensitive products such as furniture and since special shipping conditions are valid, clear information about the delivery time of your order can only be transmitted after this stage.
